William J. Burk, President,
has more than 34 years of diversified real estate experience.
Using private investment capital and creative financial structures,
Mr. Burk has funded and provided profitable returns for hundreds
of millions in real estate development projects. In 1986 he
founded Landex, a company that provided real estate outsourcing
services for Koppers Company, Inc., Westinghouse Credit Corporation,
Alcoa, Kaiser Steel Corporation, Mellon Bank and other Fortune
500 companies. Early in his career, Mr. Burk coordinated the
approval process for all the preliminary work for Lake Las
Vegas in Henderson, Nevada, one of the world’s largest
resort developments. During 1989 he developed King’s
Grant, the largest mixed-use commercial and retail public/private
development in the Southeast. The development incorporated
the largest mall in the Carolinas, a new general aviation airport,
a public golf course, and the largest economic incentive package
in the state. This project created over 6,000 jobs and increased
the tax base of the county by 30 percent. Mr. Burk has a B.A.
in English from Wofford College.

Joe E. Rusnock, Executive Vice President,
resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a 1031 Exchange
Advisor. He served as Vice President of Finance with
a publicly held insurance company from 1973 and ended
his tenure as President in 1985. Up until 1987, Mr. Rusnock
performed various consulting roles dealing with real
estate and tax strategies. While expanding his consultation
activities to physician groups, he owned and operated
Clinical Laboratories from 1987 to 1999 with locations
in Pennsylvania and Michigan. He was Managing Director
of Real Estate Planning and Taxation for Apple & Apple PC, a
Pittsburgh law firm specializing in charitable trust
and 1031 tax free exchanges. Mr. Rusnock graduated in
1969 from Robert Morris University with a B.S. in Business
Administration, majoring in accounting. At ADG, Mr. Rusnock
specializes in assisting CFOs and Fund Managers in the
beneficial application of sale/leaseback financing.

Frank Nelson, Vice President of
Marketing, has more than 15 years in real estate
marketing and development. Mr. Nelson’s experience includes
commercial, residential and industrial developments throughout
the southeast. He has served as General Partner of an equity
fund, and is also Broker-in-Charge and owner of the top
producing Re/Max office in the state of Georgia.

Leonard
B. Sossamon Jr., Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer,
had an extensive career in the public sector. He has served
as the City Manager of Concord, North Carolina and County Administrator
for Newberry, South Carolina. He has also served in position as planning
and community development director for cities and counties. During
it’s 2000 session, he served as a member of the North Carolina
House of Representatives. Mr. Sossamon’s accomplishments include
planning, funding and developing the Concord Regional Airport, and
the Rocky River Golf Club at Concord. He has planned and developed
numerous infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water and sewer
plants and lines) to serve many residential, commercial and industrial
projects. Mr. Sossamon has undergraduate and graduate degrees from
UNC Charlotte in Political Science and Geography. He also holds Municipal
Administrator Certificates from UNC Chapel Hill and is a graduate
of the South Carolina Executive Institute. Mr. Sossamon is a member
of the Board of Directors for Cabarrus Bank and Trust and is a licensed
real estate broker in North and South Carolina.

ADG Operations
ADG executives maintain focus on multiple, single-tenant
stand-alone projects as its core business. The single tenant
lease market is recognized as one of the lowest risk products in
the real estate market. To further reduce development risk, 100
percent of ADG’s product is pre-leased. ADG has also developed
an external network of professionals nationwide.
Development Associates
ADG Development Associates
(DAs) are responsible for locating and bringing projects from lease
to completion
throughout the USA. Their compensation is a success-based fee for
each project completed and sold. The target client is the large
multi-site retail chain that can provide a larger volume of projects
on a consistent
basis year after year.
Contract Administrators
ADG Contract Administrators
are responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion
for each
site. These are salaried professionals with experience in real
estate contracts and project administration.
Operations Management
Operations Management Associates
provide services and oversight of the site preparation, permitting,
and
construction process.
